With more than 30 years of experience, Dr. Leonid Kogan holds a Doctor of Medical Sciences degree. He graduated with honors from the medical institute and began an internship in general surgery, achieving the position of senior doctor at the remarkable age of 29. As his career progressed, Dr. Kogan combined two great passions: dedicating his life to the art of sculpture, or aesthetic surgery, and his commitment to the world of medicine. In the early 1990s, he pursued another internship in plastic and aesthetic surgery in Israel, specifically at the Tel Hashomer and Hadassah Ein Kerem hospitals. He also served as a senior doctor in the plastic surgery department of the Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital. In the year 2000, he relocated to the northern region of the country in response to an invitation from the head of the Nagaria Hospital. There, Dr. Leonid Kogan established and continues to oversee the plastic and aesthetic surgery department. He plays an active role in educating and mentoring a new generation of doctors and students.
